Summary of works: Shop fit-out, solid wood shelving, joinery, Kee Klamp, steel tube supports, ash, beech.
We’re very proud to have helped Smaller Footprints start up their shop in Clifton.
The client designed the shelving: Steamed beech solid timber shelves and galvanised steel tubing with Kee Klamp fittings.
Planks of kiln-dried steamed beech were ‘biscuit jointed’ to form wide shelves, and a router and bespoke jig were used to create accurate holes, curved ends and edge profiles. Finished using hardwax oil.
Smaller Footprints is part of a new movement of packaging-free shops. You bring your own containers of any type, weigh them, fill up and pay. The shop is proving very popular but please show your support if you’re in Clifton Village!
